So all feedback and requests have been sent over to Nick the new CM for PvZ along with the games teams. I have not seen any updates as of yet but the more requests that come through the more visibility they get.

From here, with the release of PvZ3, there is a lot of focus on this title but the older titles are getting more feedback thanks to everyone who has voiced their opinion from the community.

Things may not be updated yet, but thanks to all of y'all and this community we are getting more eyes on everything. Keep up the good work, and conversations, and continue to push for more engagement!

Fun fact, the Garden Warfare series is turning 10 in a month with 10 years since the release of GW1.

Hey everybody, I've finally checked in again after a few weeks. 

Have we gotten any good news recently? I've seen there's a new PvZ community manager named Nick, but I'm not sure if he has influence over the shooters or just the mobile games.

And once again, thanks for all the replies and engagement here. I honestly didn't think this thread would blow up as big as it did!

Just thought I'd make a personal response to the announcement of the update coming in March.

While I am glad to see that something has been done to deal with the online cheaters, I am displeased at the method used to accomplish it. First off, it does not appear that the issues themselves (such as the ban exploit) have been directly fixed, rather that this "EA Anticheat" is just being used a Band-Aid of sorts. Secondly, the anticheat looks like it operates at the kernel level, which means it has access to your whole PC whenever GW2 is open. I don't mean to accuse anyone of anything, but that definitely seems a little shady. Then of course, all modding will seemingly come to an end due to the nature of EA Anticheat. I'm aware that EA does not endorse the usage of mods, but it really sucks that even harmless offline mods will be unusable after the March update. In my opinion, the anticheat should only start running if you go into multiplayer, so that you can still play with mods in your own backyard and private matches. Also, I have a feeling that despite these measures taken, cheaters will figure out a way to bypass it. Battle for Neighborville also uses a kernel-level program called Easy Anti-Cheat, and that has been bypassed by many people.

Lastly, if an update like this can be done, why can't we get other stuff, such as a Mystery Portal rotation update and Boss Hunts returning? Our CM Shepard has told us many times that it is very difficult to get support on the older titles, however, he has also stated that his bosses are well aware of the fans' desire for updates. In light of that, I think we just need to keep these threads on fire and all band together as one community, and that will show them that we care and want more for our favorite games!  #bringbackbosshunt #occupymysteryportal #makeGW2greatagain

@MrJT-ArchiveIt sucks seeing that mods may get nuked as i've mainly played PC gw2 with things like private play remastered and many of your custom hunts MrJT.

Now modes like boss hunt and soil survivors will be truly lost.

They stated a while back when the movement gained a ton of traction at the start that the mystery portal was more difficult than just "changing some code" but we never really got a deeper explanation than that and a lot of people were angry and demanding anwsers.

We just keep being told over and over again that the situation has attention on it. Just another empty statement after empty statement. No hate to the community managers though i actually like how we have something resembling communication.

But we still have practically the same pvz 3 the fans kept pointing out and arguing the flaws about a few years ago to look forward to.
