@benn1nat0r Do you own every item in the bundle or are you saying that the bundle includes multiple items, some of which you own and some of which you do not own?  Bundles are set up so that they are a fixed set of items - they may include items you've already owned.  If you already own the item in the bundle, the total price is reduced to reflect it.  If you own every item in the bundle and it is trying to sell you the bundle, then we've got an issue.

    I only own the "Magic Show-Off" set from this bundle.

    I know Rux can sell bundles that include items I already own. From what I understand, bundles are 25% cheaper than buying the items individually and there should be an extra discount for any items I already own. The bundle costs 1 310 rainbow stars for me (I don't know what the normal prize would be). I think Rux didn't register this set as already owned and I wasn't offered this extra discount. 

    In the past, every item in a bundle I already owned was marked as "owned". This item set isn't indicated as already bought. I'll include some more screenshots to highlight this.

    The other issue is the following: in the customizations menu for Wizard this set isn't displayed as a set. I can search for the items individually and every one says "part of the Magic Show-Off set 4/4", but it doesn't show up as a separate skin/set. Is it supposed to show up as a skin in the menu where you can "equip entire costume" or not?

    Thank you for linking this! I'll read through it again once I try to upload another video. I don't really want to upload them to YouTube or another platform so I always try to upload them from my pc. Changing the size didn't help. I thought it was because the file was too big (15 Mb).

    From what I am aware of @benn1nat0r, if you already own an item in a bundle, as @anpangcontractor stated, the total price of the bundle will be reduced. I think the way the price is reduced is either the item that you already own’s original cost or it’s 75% of it (because overall the bundle is a 25% discount compared to buying everything separately). 🤓

    From what I can see here, the issue has been solved, so I am going to accept your answer as a solution, so others with similar issues will know what is going on. Feel free to revoke if you think it is not solved or run into further issues. 🙂

    The regular price of the bundle is 1750, so it seems the price on the bundle seems to be properly reduced.

    Item sets are not considered costumes, as costumes have another component that it modifies that is not part of the other 4 categories.

    @TheSprinter85 Thank you for explaining this to me. As @anpangcontractor has now confirmed, the price is reduced, as it should be. I didn't know the original prize so I wasn't sure.

    The only issue seems to be the item set not being marked as owned then.

    I have included some new screenshots from a cactus bundle where I own 2/4 items. The ones I own are marked correctly, unlike the item set for wizard.
