I think the legendary imp hat was the item that was offered universally. It's a rooster and it's awesome. I also picked up a couple classic gestures for pea. Those who do not have all the legendary characters yet are being offered a character sticker.
There is one problem I have with this: none of the new RUX-Exclusive Legendary Items are in his shop as of yet. Those new Legendary Items came as part of the FLF update, listed in the stickerbook as:
RUX3 (Peashooter Legendary Hat)
RUX4 (Chomper Legendary Hat)
RUX6 (Sunflower Legendary Hat)
RUX7 (Cactus Legendary Hat)
RUX11 (Soldier Legendary Hat)
RUX12 (Engineer Legendary Hat)
RUX14 (Scientist Legendary Hat)
RUX16 (All-Star Legendary Hat)
I expect RUX to have available at least one of these new items (listed above) in his next visit.
I thought the imp rooster hat was Rux exclusive since it hasn't appeared before and cost 500K.
Generally speaking trying to "expect" this game to give or offer you something you want on your schedule rather than arbitrarily or completely at random is only going to cause you great frustration.
My suggestion would be to want what you want but understand that the grinding nature of the award system in GW2 means that you'll be waiting for it for a long time so just concentrate on having fun while you wait.
I've only seen RUX three times, the first of which was way too soon for me to afford anything. What happens if you nearly complete the sticker collection, (That is, everything that packs can give including Infinity Time) would he offer more than one RUX item or ability? Would he even offer them at all? Or would it just give you consumables until the next cycle?
I have about 400 items left until my Sticker book is completed and so far Rux has not offered me any "regular" or "standard" consumables. although he has offered me a couple of the special Legendary consumables which you can only obtain from him, but I think those items were being offered to everyone at the time.
I have gotten multiple RUX items in one offering, but at this point his case, for me, is stocked mainly with the "Classic" stuff which you can only obtain through the Community portal events.
We really need a new legendary Sunflower hat! The only one I've seen is the Lord Cinderbottom's nephew which I use on my fire flower. As my favorite plant class I find the lack of legendary hat options disturbing.
The Robo-Rooster is a pretty cool hat. Put it on my Pylon Imp and it is suitably silly indeed.
It's been ready for us for some time now, locked behind a time gate. 😠 Lord Cinderbottoms Nephew looks like a steaming pile of you know what on top of your head.
So glad I'm not the only one that saw that. I really want a good legendary Sunflower hat ASAP!
