Re: Season ending winnings

I'm not saying that it's not worth it to get to 50 because I think it's fun to battle and level up as much as possible but why be punished and have to start at a high level because you ended the season so well? By starting at a higher level you lose out on all the gems one can win by leveling up from 1. Doing the math it is a total of 2265 gems where about half of them come from rank and league gems from 1-30. That would buy around 10 packs I think. Also, I didn't know that one could trade cards for gems. I thought it was cards for sparks. How do you do that?

So my point is not that players avoid going to 50 but that the people behind this game should start everyone of at 1 no matter what at the beginning of each season because it provides the same amount of gem winnings for everyone and if you're truly good enough to be at 50 then you should have no issue starting at the same place everyone else does.

Same opinion here. Everyone should be s t back to level 1 regardless of their badge.

I like the idea of what they're doing now. It keeps high level players from slaughtering beginners (ftmp, there are the occasional exceptions) but they should give us the gems we would have earned getting to 30 when it levels is up at season start.

I agree with that. The upper levels should not feel as though they are punished for getting to level 50 or whatever the case may be.
Even if the bonus was once you are reset to the baby walnut, and then when you climb to the league you start at, you get gems or x amount of packs accordingly.

It is as if we are penalized for playing more than others when most of the players being penalized are probably a big chunk of the player base
