Re: so why dont i have the deluxe

I'm having a similar issue. When I redeemed my GW2 Deluxe code for PS4, instead of the extra content I instead got a digital version of the game. So now I have two copies of the game with none of the extra content.

    SGE77i - go into game, go to the mailbox.  Tab through and youll see the msg about deluxe stuff


    Then go to the sticker store, open the card packs for your items

    you have to use the mail box to receive the deluxe items. i was worried about that as well. the mailbox is also where you import your PVZ characters from the first game from.

    i still dont get it in the mailbox it tell the 2 demo skin the fidelity and the import from pvz1 but nothing else and i still dont have everything that was promise and for what i paid plz help in the xbox one it say that the code is enter

    @gorskigggg I cant understand what you are saying, Im sorry. 

    If you cannot import:  Are you using the same Origin linked account as your GW1 games? They cant import if you switched accounts.
