You're obviously a newbie to the forum, so I'll explain this to you. They took feedback from that beta and made adjustments based on that feedback. Unfortunately there's no way to determine if feedback is valid or whining. In the case of Rose, it's whining that she was underpowered and that the imp was overpowered. Based on that and other feedback, they made changes. Some good, some bad.
Those that had early access over the weekend started posting the issues with the imbalance immediately. Now we're all waiting for a patch is made to fix this issue... and most likely approval for the patch to be pushed out by Microsoft.
Why no way? What about statistics of games that prove that a huge percent of ppl play rose with impressive scores
Don't shoot the messenger. I said she was balanced in the Beta. I don't recall many people really playing Rose in the Beta. I'm guessing that they didn't have much data to go on to verify.
I was hoping for a release day patch, but it looks like they're gonna wait and bundle Rose's fix with more fixes.

One thing I would like to comment on, with this map, I was thinking of why it's different or why it's more challenging, I think compared to PVZ 1 - The zombies, had quite a bit of cover area's - and this map is very wide open and I suppose it takes time getting used to it. It's all open except for a few 'Ice lump/hills' a few houses.. That the zombies can hide behind for cover- compared to old classic maps on pvz 1 it was quite a ways with cover to walk, sure there'd be a few pea pods or chompers or what have you - but yeah, not used to seeing the most of the plant team waiting for all of us right infront of our spawn - when we're supposed to be capturing the turf.. I'd like to see more of the map with my team mates in online mode rather than exploring on private. I enjoy the multiplayer,. I'm a huge fan, I appreciate the game, not here to complain, was just pondering about what was said and my own several experiences now with the map.

It's like not even about the turf anymore it's about Surviving feets away from your spawn lol. I'm done now :D
I made the comment in the beta that basically maps seemed more 2-dimensional in GW2 than in GW1. There's some exceptions, but there were so many buildings and structures to get on top of in GW1 compared to GW2.

I think gw2 has way more verticality in many maps, I think of zen garden with all of the rocks one one side and the buildings. in seeds of time there are places in every section that have many vertical dimensions. even on this map once you get past that initial part there are all kinds of ledges and buildings and such. I could go on and on. that is my perception of course, and you have your perception.
I just felt that the maps are more intricate, have more cover and verticality in most instances. While being bigger as well.
I really like the maps and the variety of settings is great. they don't all just feel like a suburb.
