Stuck on start screen.

I know that this is in the wrong place, but I have been trying to fix this issue and have gone everywhere to find a solution that actually works but in doesn’t, I’m only posting this here and not in ...

Advanced Troubleshooting - XBOX

Try hardwired connection.

Check updates:

  1. Make sure your console is connected to the internet, and then press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
  2. Select System > Settings > System > Updates & downloads.
  3. Under Updates, you’ll see:
    • Console update available. Select this button to begin your update, or
    • No console update available. This means your console is up to date.
