@chogath_player I ❤️ love that idea! I would appreciate if that was implemented. Less people would probably consider team switching, that's something that people would want!
@ToastedSarnie I would imagine, sometimes in teams with less people they still dominate, I have noticed that a lot (it's as clear as crystal) but it makes sense exactly what you're saying

@chogath_player I think you’re overthinking the whole scenario a bit. Right now, people who want to help get penalized. You did see I also said people switching could “at minimum not lose their points,” I didn’t say awarding was THE answer?😂🤷🏼♂️

@chogath_player I just copied this from a private message and thought it might help you understand my position. I don’t want to seem rude or aggressive and even if you want to switch teams every single game, that’s truly your right and it’s a part of the game now.
I wish more people would explain their perspective more in depth but realize we’re all different.
I openly invite people to the forums all the time and encourage opposing views so please don’t hear me as aggressive or against you; I’m literally trying to understand your perspective and nothing more.

I think changing behavior this way is going to be a tough road finding compensation that exceeds what people get from their current behavior. I have doubts that the penalties change people's minds when coins and exp are not cherished commodities in the game right now and bonuses would likely be the same. I'm glad you are looking for alternative ways to achieve some balance and this solution probably wouldn't hurt anything but I am concerned about effectiveness gained for the effort the devs will put in just making this decision and implementing it. I hate being a Debbie Downer and deleted this post a few times before deciding to send it.
Side note - Since @chogath_player first sentence in the thread was that he liked the idea of removing team swap, I think don't think there are ulterior motives here. Just a difference in opinion about the bonuses proposal.
