Agreed, and very well said.

The fact that this game is doing as well as it is, despite it being put into what amounts to maintenance mode, speaks volumes. All the game needs is a modicum of support and it could be doing so much better. Deal with the hackers, give us the ability to access all the town hall events, sell legendary consumables at Rux again, and keep the multiplayer servers running better, and we'd have more players and EA would make more money to boot. 

I can't imagine it would take that much work to do so either. If we still have no news of a new shooter, which i will continue to stress is something we could really use, at least give the most popular of the 3 shooters enough support so the experience is more enjoyable and fair for us all.
