The only deck possible of such winrate is really lucky valkprof which wasn't a thing when he climbed or a cheat deck with developer cards. I don't assume any of it, I guess he is just trolling like always. This is why I won't even bother asking a decklist.
i've had decks with near 90% winrate, until all of a sudden the same deck started losing. It has a lot to do with match making

Well, the deck GrinningRuiner claims to run had 1 lost with 101 wins, so it's not the matchmaking.

This is exactly the issue. I don't mind playing against good decks and good opponents: the problem is these bots are plaid dumb but extremely 'lucky'.
Great, just got 2 bots in a row at 17 stars. Name changed from Sunflower to some kind of gibberish for Solar Flare and the same happened with Chompzilla next, forgot the name.

What is reasonable with placing bots on the ladder who win all the time because they have exactly these cards, superpower and block segments they need? The more better you play against them the more ridiculous it gets, I have made several examples.

Ye It results not so much in a "good" draw as in perfect curve opening etc, as in amount of answers to your threats they get. Currently I grind ranks with grave nep because I don't want to join cheese valkprof army so it usually results in opponent getting a lot of removal and a lot of healing later. Everyone get 2-3 shield segments and I get 1-2 just during these fights.
To be honest I don´t think there are Bots around or at least I haven´t recognized them.
Since you cannot demote in PvZH it would IMPLY that everyone, including the most unskilled players will at some point go far into diamond. It really is just Taco that requires some grind.
About the slow progress:
well. In a world of net-decking where noone gives a damn about thinking about composition yourself, people are mad that they do not have the reccources to build a Legend-worthy deck right of the bat. It is stupid really. You actually SHOULD celebrate every legendary you draw even if you will NEVER use it. That is a very important concept in TCG´s.
Another concept is that the "GIT GUT" mentality in pretty much every game has ended up in attitude where everything below Max rank is "scrubbish". That is just not true. It is no shame to be in diamond or gold-league.
So if someone invests into a game they may be mowing down the lower ranks but without the required skill even "perfect" decks will hit brickwalls once the meet better players. For the ones mowed down in lower leagues this shouldnt be much of a concern when you accept that Diamond/Gold is acceptable. But apparently thats a problem for a lot of people.
I am actually very pleased with how the game provides you cards and at what pace. I myself am fairly new to the game and I pretty much played just one Deck till taco because I didnt want to make hasty decisions on stupid crafting and stuff. Its alright. Players in TCG often fail to progress because they switch decks....just....get better at one before your do. I for example played exclusively torch till 40 and now have my giggles with Captn moss and several other Decks I had at my disposal but didnt really apporached because I wanted to become better the core-game first.
I personally think the Game should reset Ladder rather soon though. All I know is that a ranked season will run "for months"...which is a bit long imo. 8 weeks should do just fine.

Long waiting in the queue, opponents name changed from WallKnight to random gibberish.
He has made several awful plays from the beginning, then started topdecking (from the 2nd screenshot you can see he is in topdeck mode) all necessary cards: healing, crocs, then 11/1 plant: and the worst thing was the last one: strikethrough mushroom, so bots actually can modify their decks on the go: do you believe there is a 41 wall-knight playing several strikethough mushrooms in his deck?
I know it's sounds as ridiculous as opponents making you disconnect etc. etc. but please pay attention to your own games when you see how opponents name being changed from generic to random one.
I can't be the one getting these bots.
From the first picture, it looks to me like you were playing a 23 year old Star Trek fan. From your description, it sounds like part of their deck building strategy includes having some reach in a control deck.
I've seen the name change happen and it appears to be a bug where it first shows the name of the avatar and then changes to the name of the user (or the other way around). That has been happening since before global release but nobody really complained. It's more jarring that we can't see the name of the opponent during the game in my opinion.
While theorizing that bots are playing this game is nice, I think you should apply Occam's razor here (and in general to most comments about games like this): The simplest explanation is usually correct. Creating bots to play against human players would only serve a purpose if it reduced matchmaking times or matchmaking imbalances, and if you still need to wait a long time to be matched against a bot that cheats, then it's not really improving the experience. If it's not improving the experience then it's not making players feel more engaged and thus would make the game lose money. Since people are convinced that EA only does things to make money, then this definitely goes against that as creating a system to efficiently match players against oppressive bots is much more expensive than just doing nothing. There is no reason why it couldn't just be a player who got a little lucky in their top decks and happened to use a strategy you didn't think of.
Also, may I recommend that instead of talking down a strategy that just beat you as being a bot, luck or some kind of malicious manipulation of the game, you consider the possibility that it might just be working and be something that you didn't consider even though you are awesome and l33t. The comment really does sound like the bad guy in a movie complaining about the underdog kid that just beat them.
I am apparently playing against the same wall-knight bot right now who has:
1. Played 3 grave buster turns 2-3-5 respectively (I can believe that, I'd roll for it against neptuna myself)
2. Turn 5 gravebuster was specifically to mixed-up digger out of 4 graves, 3 others were with carvers.
3. Turn 6 was with 2 whack-the-zombie.
4. Then we've got the good old 3 2nd best taco in a row solar bots love so much.
Dear EA, how about you stop it? I'd rather wait another minute in a queue that play these bots of yours.

Also no, I don't get bad luck constantly: my own luck is pretty decent (aside from another play with an apparent moss bot who actually managed to do 18 damage with 6/3 moss when I had 4 segments of block: 3 attacks, 1 segment per attack once, however I think of it as an exception). However, THEIR luck is astonishing. And this is the problem. Also I don't get the bots constantly, it's 1 game out of 5-6 or so. sometimes I even win against them, it's hard to stop gravenep good draws.

Another 'fun' game against a green shadow bot with 4 freeze a zombie, 3 snowdrops and 3 chilly peppers+ freeze superpower. It's almost as his deck consists of these cards and nothing else. Really fun, yeah. /s

Well yeah, most freeze deck players go for those, it's not really strange that a Green Shadow player has a bunch of freeze happy plants.
If you want fun, go for casual matches, it's less frustrating and there's less chances of you getting paired up with an extra lucky bot. Unless you just REALLY want to be at the ultimate league to feel that sense of accomplishment, go casual.
