Re: Too many Citrons ?

Citron is spammed because is one of the real few easy, affordable and at the same time strong character in the plant side (together with peashooter).

I don't blame people to pick Citron, because this is wanted devs wanted to do it.

Citrons don't need a nerf. Players need to adjust and learn how to fight them.  I will admit though they are stronger than they need to be.

I Maxed all citrons BEFORE TIZ(expect iron,i dont have him,and i didnt maxed electro,becouse he ****)

i cant understand how,when character is OP,everyone plays it,they just want COINS,XP,LVL,but not let OTHERS to enjoy the game.

its not the fault of the people using it 

its the fault of popcap making OP stuff and seeing no problem with it 

i also like to use citron because its so easy getting X80 streak with it simply by camping far away

all they need to do is nerf him so thats not possible and people will use other stuff 

citron and ice citron as well as all the corns need nerfs. The imps, and pirates could also use nerfs so the zombie side isn't dominating the game. They did serous nerfs on the cactus, and small nerfs to the allstar which both are terrible classes. The citron and ice citron only needed a cooldown buff, the electro citron got damage buffs but nobody seems to touch him, the party citron is just the same weak character he was before the patch, and the iron citron just is terrible now with his broken hit box.

Totally disagree with you on this one man.  All the Citrons need is the falloff for long distance shots to be decreased (or is it increased ? ) so they cant act like snipers like they are now.  The corns are fine just they way they are IMO.  you could argue for the corns to be taken down a bit if the rest of the plant team was any good.   

@YT-mantisisrael   You're correct IMO.  Its not the players fault.  the console versions have a ton of young kids playing the game.  If you are going to make things unbalanced and make one or two characters much easier to play than all the others they are going to gravitate to them plain and simple.  For the plants that means tons of Citrons and Corns.....  If the rest of the plants were the least bit useable, not by a serious older player on PC who has the patience to work with weak variants, but by a young kid on the consoles alot of this would go away without nerfs or buffs.  This is popcaps fault for, apparently, not knowing how to really balance their own game.

In my opinion citrons are the best class overall

Put it that way, take 2 players with exact same expert playing skills, one using citron and other any zombie and bet who will win or try it at home take a friend and fight with a citron against any zombie, then change sides and do same, lets see who wins,none of u wins, CITRON wins! 

If the zombie is good at  close range, he has the ball skill and take distance
against a mid range zombie, citron wins he is the king
against long range zombie, again use ball skill and get closer, zombie is more than dead

Together with massive health,

the shield to that block some proyectile skills and damage,
and the paralyze to atk, refill or cold down weap,
he is a monster

Also when using the laser and atking a high hp zombie, u can always finish him with full hp stopping a lil when atking maybe half second then continue, your weapon wont overheat that way
