@ForteanApeWhoops, I did not clarify. I meant Xbox settings, but if you still have trouble afterwards, try checking the child’s EA account settings.

If you need more assistance after you have tried this, I am happy to continue assisting.

@TheSprinter85 Ok, thanks. This is ultra frustrating. I have been talking with Xbox support, and they have been pointing the finger at EA's policy of not allowing child accounts access to their multiplayer services. Ultimately, the platform's parental controls should supersede the publisher, IMHO. But, I will keep solidering on with this!

To try and fix your issue @marhory, firstly try resetting your EA account password. That sometimes works, but not always, also any other information you could provide would be great, the more info I have, the better I can help you.
