- Nope its not fixed. As you can see they don't like to respond to some of the questions asked. I mean if enough of us are still getting this problem and we were sold a faulty game and they are not fixing the problem than we should be given a full refund or another copy of the game sent to us.

Possibly try deleting your saved data if you had played on the Beta?
So hover over game on X1, press start and select "manage game", and then you will see PvZ:GW2 and should see your profile(s) beside the game. Hover over your profile, again press start and select "delete saved data" and choose to delete it from everywhere. Reboot console (to be safe) and then turn it back on and reboot the game.
As well if you played the Beta I would make sure that version of the game is not on your kit anymore. If it is uninstall that as well.
