Re: Unable to retrieve save data in PVZ GW2 PC
Hi,
This just happened today while trying to start the game on my laptop.
I've reset my router and restarted my laptop but still doesn't work.
Any thoughts or feedback?

here the same from yesterday, it must be something server sided
All 4 of us have the same problem. None of the plants or zombies I've bought/earned are there and its basically put me back at the beginning tutorial of the game. Please tell me that Origin will retrieve all our saves or they're going to have a big problem on their hands!
Happened after a forced update today.
- @KarateJack23 Yeah been having the same, apparently this kind of issue has happened many times, idk how it was resolved. I hope I won't lose 4 years of data in the game...
- @KarateJack23 Same here. Contacted support but they are clueless: "I don't see any problems with the server, have you tried clearing the cache?". ☹️
