It's frustrating to arrive on a long weekend with a holiday and have a bugged game trying to have fun. For some people it's already been 1 week with the game being completely bad. With me it's 3 days going to 4.

@IndominusHumans 5 days for me, so frustrating as i just bought toxic brainz and iron citron the day before my level dropped ☹️ 

No information on what really happened? No official statement from EA? One week after what happened that continues to affect many players and EA is more silent than dead in the cemetery?

Anyone who knows what happened and is happening to come and talk and present a deadline to fix this whole mess??

@IndominusHumans been waiting from 1 February ☹️ had a problem before as well...

In my opinion, all problems have been fixed. The general level of my ID, the levels of the characters that were at 0 and are now at 1 and the levels that don't go down to negative. During this bug time, I continued playing, so the coins I won are there, as are some other items like the green key challenge (city hall chest). However, the only sad part is that I gained more than 100 levels and before the bug I was sure I was at level 800. But now it says 860, that is, I lost approximately 40 levels that were not counted in this bug fix. Overall, everything seems fine.

I wish there was a little more transparency. They would explain what happened to all this mess. Obviously, if it was a hacker attack, there will be no information. But if it was an update or internal error, they could present a status report.

@EA_Shepard  It is not finished yet!! Do you have any updates for PVZ Battle for Neighborville on the same maxed out level issue? i have checked my PvZ bfn account but it still cannot let me log in. Have a look at PVZ Bfn please!!
