hello i cant play multiplayer on pvz gw 2 whenever i join a match it kick me out after few second i didnt dowland any mod or hack and there is nothing in my ban history but i cant play multiplayer can you help me

@0-BIG_BANG-0- Can you attach a DxDiag? If you have no mods hacks etc, that could be a lot of things happening.

Wanted to reach out to everyone and see if anyone is still having an issue connecting to GW 1 only. 

We have folks looking into GW 2 and BFN had a request for players who are not able to connect to the game specifically for GW1.

@TumX331 Can you log in and repair the game, and then see if it freezes on you after launch?

I also want to inform you that I was affected by this and I am looking for help, as I have already contacted live-support and they only ask us to do things that we know will not solve such as restarting internet, modem, etc. The problem is with our game progress being affected by third parties.

Thursday I had my progress again affected where it prevents me from entering GW2 multiplayer matches.

My GW1 crashes right when loading data (similar problem to the friend above)

PVZ BFN is working normally
The problem is in GW1 and GW2, the save was changed by hackers through some exploit still active...
