The difference between changing English UK to English USA. UK offers everything except for PVP and USA offers nothing but PVP.

Wanted to drop in. I'm still sending info to the team on this, but as of now, this is currently the workaround for this issue.

Noticed also, that changing the phones language to english lets me play pvp but then i cant play dailys. My opinion is, that this is unaccetable. You cant expect me to change the language all the time, depending wether i want to play pvp or dailys.

When last was the game updated?

What was in this latest update?

Or was the update not from EA and our data is possibly compromised?

Looking forward to answers rather than suggestions of changing primary settings on my devices in order to play. 

Otherwise, maybe I should try changing my calendar to Aztec next?

@86Shark86 I'm sorry those steps didn't work. At the moment that is the only update from the team we have on this one. I can forward the players who said it didn't work to the team but any changes in the update, or previous updates that happened will be on their end. 

From the info sent down the pipeline, that is all the updates we currently have for these. I know changing the language is a hassle, and I wish there was another way to resolve it for everyone, but sadly there is not at the moment.

If more players other than the ones I have sent to the team for review are having the same issue and changing the language does not work, I need their information as well that way I can let them know more and more players are running into this issue.

I’m surprised it’s not everyone affected, because all 3 of my devices won’t find a match.

@86Shark86 You are welcome. I am looking around for more threads and links to others so I can send over but there is so few of them, I cant do much as I wish I could.

Worked with English US (in the same way as for the above, so have to change again to do daylies etc.) for me too, thank you 🙂 But I would certainly prefer to have the rest of my phone in Swedish, so hoping for a more permanent fix back to normal

Hello Mr. Sephard, I appreciate all the work you are doing but let me express my thoughts.. I deny to switch my phones language to English just to play a game and even if I do who can guarantee to me that an other problem won't occur in the future, like my progress not being saved due to that or something like that once we get an other update? I see the status of the issue switched to updated but I haven't seen any update or any actual feedback regarding the problem. The solution that's officially given is a simple trick given by a random person online? This is ridiculous, the solution should be given by the devs.. Anyways, I would kindly ask you to make an effort for your customers and the least you can do is try to actually fix it so that players will keep investing in the game. So many people including me (android 14) have this problem. All I want is for you to forward this message to the devs and push them to actually do something for it. Also let me know if there's something else I can do to share this complaint. I appreciate your help

I had this message randomly pop up today. I never requested account deletion. 

With all the hacks available to players in game, I wouldn’t be surprised if the whole platform has now been hacked.

Again, I’d like to ask, what was the change-log in this latest update?

I was ready to say that you were whining so much when you could instead try changing the language just as a test, but I thought really well and agree with everything you said.

The developer team (as if it really has one team at this point) is really treating us players as garbage and it's really sad the lack of consideration of them to us).

Change of language and changing it back to German did not solve the issue.

I'm also having the same issue. 

My device (mobile) language is Spanish, and I can't play PvP.
