@TVJunkieXbox I think you're off by a bit. I went through all the characters and variants and came up with 5,600

actually theres only 110 characters if you dont have unicorn chomper this includes all the leg characters
101 normal characters 9 legs this includes the party characters as those are leg and not including unicorn chomper as its exclusive

+ Disco Chomper
+ Iron Citron
+ Computer Scientist
+ Toxic Brainz
= 10 Legendaries
There are 112 characters, whether you have access to them or not. They can all be ranked up and promoted.
