it's really going to take that long? (sigh). well, as least i now have answers

P.P.S. june 12 is the monday of the last week of school for me, so i could envision this as an early gift form popcap for finishing 8th grade, let alone middle school

The link you showed me only says the season. There might be a possibility that sets and seasons are separate releases

Do you even read the rewards? They give GALACTIC packs

I'm aware, that the season resets gives you a number of premium and galactic packs based on which league you were in by the end the the season.
