@fivestring529 As others have mentioned the Flag of Power has its own multipliers (well "dividers" really) as it's quite easy to get large numbers of kills while playing it. 

You can still use it to get some of your Plant and Zombie quests, kills still count for the "get X vanquishes with Y skill"-type tasks. I find it a good spot to "warm up" with a quick quest if I'm about to play the MP for a while.
