Re: Wizard Feedback

I just saw this on Reddit:

"Wizard can do it with Two-Headed Dragon upgrade. Getting knocked off a person and then them getting a kill retriggers Co-star, but you’re stuck on the ground and capable of moving by yourself. You also can be damaged, but not killed. Very weird."

Hopefully this helps the devs track this issue down and fix it. 

Edit: for context, this was in a post about an Acorn player abusing the invincibility glitch in Giddy Park, which also needs to be fixed and soon.

Because I am slowly working through the prize map, I still don't have the Wizard, although I'm going to obtain him today (as I am using the shorter route). 😃

My thoughts on what I've seen about Wizard so far (from YouTube and my gameplay), I think he seems to be an excellent character. His Zee-lixir has high potential, being able to make zombies invincible while attacking, whilst preventing opponents from jumping and sprinting, and negating some of their abilities. His Spell Disaster is easy to spot, but does a lot of damage and has some homing. His Co-Star seems to have lots of potential as it makes an attached zombie (as well as wizard himself) very powerful. 

His primary hits high damage at a rapid speed, and his charge up Orbacadorbra doesn't seem to be effective, unless you use it in groups of plants, in which case, it can be very powerful (only problem is a sunflower could nullify much of its power).

Wizard seems like a very cool character, I'll be sure to share more feedback once I have unlocked him later today! 🙂

I managed to unlock Wizard yesterday with little difficulty and gave him a bit of a test of how his primaries and abilities work.

I did a lot of Turf Takeover today with him as well. I managed to get him from Level 1 to 10 Recruit in less than one hour of gameplay, although I kept being put on zombies so I had plenty of time to try him out. Wizard seems to have a noticeable advantage over many of the other characters at the moment, his Zeelixir can be used in a pinch to give you invincibility (or an ally), when activated just before Spell Disaster, it makes for a great combo as you can't be vanquished when using the Spell Disaster when doing that combo. The Spell Disaster is very damaging and effective when the plants get close to you or an ally. The Co-Star can allow you to teleport and get around quickly, as well as buffing yourself and your ally! The Orbacadobra is good for single targets (when not charged up) or multiple (when charged up). This character has a lot of potential, I really enjoy and love using this character, and I hope the upcoming upgrades that I am going to obtain will be lots of fun to use! 🙂😃
