@chparke2 If your son is underage and playing on an underage account then he will  not be able to access the online parts of the game. 

I am having the same problem. He doesn't need to access the online parts of the game, he just wants to play the game. It won't let him in at all. He has to play under my account. Is there a ways to make it so he can play under his PS4 account? 

@KabamJ The game is an always-online experience, you son should be able to play the co-op mode but will not be able to access other areas. 

The game is rated PG and the rating that has been set in parental controls in L7 & L6 for respective kids (I tried changing to allow all games and it still doesn't allow him to access) so currently playing on my account.  Can you please advise if there is another setting that needs to change not just the game rating. Thanks

@Flareon1621 Underage accounts will be able to play the co-op mode, they will be unable to play the online aspects of the game.

What is the definition of underage ... the boys are 10 & 13

@Flareon1621 It differs from country to country but if you are seeing the error message "you are too young" then the game will not be playable on that gamertag.
