Reasonable balance changes list (wip)
I did again the topic because realized the format was very bad.
I'll do explanation later, in the bottom of the thread.
Introduction
These are the rules i follow when i take in examination character's strenght.

if something it's okay and manageable, he doesn't need nerf, he need changes

if a skill punish your positioning, even roughly and it still has some counterplay, it's okay

until a character can get punished in many ways, it's okay to be op

overused =/= overpowered

annoying =/= overpowered

cheap/easy =/= overpowered
Suggested Changes List
PeaShooter
Gaitling damage resistance 50% 33%
Increased Gaitling de-root time by 0.50 seconds
Super Pea Jump cooldown 25 20
Electro Peashooter
Explosion damage: 30 24
Decrease Ammo Slot 8 5
Plasma
Charged Damage Splash 30 25
Roses
Increased Health: 100 125
If a target has been goatified or time snared, he can't be crowd controlled again by any other Roses resources for the next seconds.
Homing removed for every Rose except Party Rose
Party Rose
- damage reduced by 1
Rose, Druid, Ice, Fire and Nec Rose
- increased projectile speed and splash radius
- Moderately increase projectile speed charged attack for Fire and Nec Rose
- Roses can jump while using charged attack
- Drastically decreased Roses movespeed while jumping during charged attack
- Decrease Ice Rose Charged Attack Damage by 10
- Decrease Fire Rose Charged Attack Damage by 10
Citron
- drastically decreased Peel Shield duration (it only lasts few seconds)
- increased Peel Shield 75 125
- drastically increased Citron Peel Shield Cast Time
- moderately reduced Empeach duration against all zombies except Mechs
- Slightly increased Empeach damage and ticks
(Peel shield cast time, is when is unable to shoot after Peel shield has been casted)
Electro Citron
- Drastically reduced damage for 2nd and 3rd charged attack level.
Frozen Citron
- Slighly reduced freeze rate at any range
- Moderately reduced freeze rate at very high range (if possible) Or drastically reduced ranged damage at very high range
- improved overheat to shoots longer
- if both freeze rate and ranged damage get nerfed, give him splash radius like default citron
Sunflower
Metal Flower
- Increase accuracy and reticle
Corn
- Decreased Big Bad Butter cast time animation
- Moderately Increased Big Bad Butter detonation time (0,75- 1,5 seconds seconds)
- Increased Big Bad Butter splash radius ( proportionally increased considering detonation time)
- Moderately increased Husk Hop Cooldown
- After using Husk Hop, Corn is unable to shoots after he reaches the ground for 0,25-0.5 seconds because the shock of the hurt
(big bad butter cast time animation is the time required for the butter to fall from the sky)
Imps
- Moderately decreased gravity grenade duration for every plant except Citron
- Slighly Increased Gravity Grenade cooldown
- After Gravity Grenade reached the ground, it explodes and activate after 0.5 seconds
- Gravity grenade launching animation slower
- Being trapped by a Gravity Grenade will make you immune to another Gravity Grenade for the next seconds
- Mech Cooldown has been removed, now it's a bar that has to been filled upon actions like kills/shared kills or assists
- Impkata new effect: Scoring kills/assist or shared kills with Impkata will moderately fill your Mech Bar
- Scoring a kill/shared kill with Impkata will grant Imp a further reload and damage upgrade for 12 seconds. Scoring more kills/shared kills will not make this buff stackable.
Z7 Imp
- moderately reduce close damage
- moderately reduced Z7 Mech damage
Default Imp
- moderately reduced Default Imp Mech damage
Little Drake
- Drake Swoop animation is considerably much slower
Pylon Imp
- Drag Race animation slighly slower
