I do generally get the option to watch an advertisement so that I can instantly replay the daily challenge if I lose. However, I really like to complete the Daily Challenges every day, which is the main, but not the only, reason that I play the game. Now, the problem arises when I am trying to complete it quickly as I am in a rush and I lose the Daily Challenge and need to reattempt. However, the option to watch an advertisment is not there and I do not really have time to wait around for another hour. So, I have to keep reloading my app, or sometimes restart my device, and waiting for the ad option to appear which is very frustrating at times.
I do suggest having a lowered time penalty or removing it completely if an update is added to the game.

Just got this reply from Live Chat..guy named Ajin
"I totally understand how you are felling right now. Unfortunately, we don't have any update regarding giving any compensation for not being able to finish the challenge."
.. I will not be buying anymore packs from them again. Another customer lost
Is this polite and constructive because of the mess up THEY have made ???
