this is so sad, EA isn't helping us, they banned my account too and the support isn't helping me

Translation: "You lost connection to the game server"

    I have been looking into the issue and it seems only  hackers are getting banned do u know if u did anything to get banned like have a tag in ur name or previously cheat etc or if maybe u didn’t get banned and it was a problem with your internet?
