Restarted my ps4 and preorder bonuses still dont work

Under the downloads section they both so installed and i have restarted multiple times. anyone have any suggestions?

    @murderface303 Hi,

    What happens if you first go to your Playstation Settings > PSN > select Restore Licenses and then choose reboot?
