Well, I tried my best to make her balanced.
Regular Rose: I decreased her damage (by a bit) since a powerfull homing would be impossible to dodge. I would love to have a great homing again, but if we decrease even more her damage, she will become USELESS.
Frost Rose: You kinda agreed with me.
Fire Rose: The reason why I'm increasing her damage to give 60 - 80 against the zombies is because Frost Rose have 45 damage in the 3rd charge shot and Fire Rose have 50. By the way, PopCap is thinking on increase Frost Rose's damage even more. And if you see, Fire Rose health will be "unchanged". This means that she doesn't need a health buff with this super damage buff.
Rose on Turf Take Over is quite often on the top of leaderboard... in kills... at least on PC
When you get the homing upgrade... she becomes very powerful but before the homing upgrade... yeah she is lacking... but I don't think any variants of Rose need a buff... except maybe Frost... but Popcap will buff her next tuesday... so no need for further buff for Rose.

- Well from what I have seen on both PS4 and Xbox, she is almost never on the leaderboards and if she is it's usually as an assist master, I have her homing upgrade on all my rose's on Xbox and I don't have it on my ps4 from what I've gathered the homing upgrade makes a small difference to an already meh tracking.
yeah maybe on console it is different... I think aiming is easier with a mouse rather than a controler... The shooter I played on console was COD don't remember which one... and I must say that I was pretty bad at it...lol... I was getting pwned by my nephew... he was so proud...lol
