They had to nerf the range for Homing Functionality and her health due to the body size otherwise she's OP. She's very good at 1v1 if you know how to use your abilities wisely. Some people say Scientists are a counter against her, but I disagree when she can simply Goatify.
To be honest is not a joke.
She was way superior in the beta and she was considered "up"
Her current state is a revenge of her dark era.
