Rough idea for herbal assault map
Say the plants start on a rooftops of a line of buildings and must break into the ones containing graveyards. the zombies are, of course, inside the buildings, although they can get up top with a bit of work. The final mini game could be a three dimensional maze (possibly with maps on the walls) that the plants had to navigate to get to the.. I don't know. The Z-tech Factory energy core or something... and get five plants or so in the same general area. Meanwhile the zombies can trigger traps and various security systems to impede them, as well as just shooting them. Of course the traps would leave vulnerabilities elsewhere.
Of course there's room for improvement but I just like the idea of plant cat burglars vs zombies.
