Running of the Gnomes Achievement is glitched for me

Console: XBOX One Achievement: Running of the Gnomes (25) Description: Plant 5 Gnome Bombs   I have planted at least 50, I even did a system hard reset, played again and even was able to plant 5...

In Xbox One achievement apps, what does it say if you view the achievement? Others have stated that for some achievements in some games, they show unlocked in the Xbox Achievmeent App but not on overview of the game.

    It still says locked
