UPDATE: I popped into the game for a session & I had the message pop up saying Rux has new items, but of course, he's STILL not there. 😞 I assume a fix is on the way for the original issue? 🤔
Community AdminI checked in and he's back! Same overpriced stuff as usual. XD So glad its fixed. Gives me a reason to grind coins. Thanks to anyone who helped to fix it!

Sorry to hear it isn't fixed for you. To start I would recommend login in and back out of whatever app you use to launch the game(EA or Origin). If that doesn't work, then I would recommend trying reinstalling GW2 again now that it works for some of us, maybe that will fix it . I don't really have many other ideas on how to fix it.
