Rux's Shop Not Working

In what game mode did the bug occur? Giddy Park
Summarize your bug Rux's shop won't open and I'm unable to collect my Lost & Found Rainbow Stars.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go look in Rux's shop. Apparently the zombies ate his valuables.
Which character were you playing when the bug occurred? All-Star
What upgrades had you equipped with this character? Does not matter.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

I'm unable to collect my Lost & Found Rainbow Stars because Rux's shop isn't working. Anyone else experiencing this bug?

Edit: I only have about 1 day left before it's gone.. it's not that much though so I shouldn't worry.

    Hi all, there were some updates done very recently (a couple of hours ago) which should hopefully help with this. 

    Can you check again today and let us know if this is back to normal, or if the issue persists?

    i have the same bugs, and hope developer repair these bugs as soon as possible.

    The developers should salvage any rainbow stars that players may miss due to this bug, if players are affected by this.

    its the same for me, 

    in rux shop cant see the items, only the star package for buy.

    and also in the orbes stand, cant see any images or icons. only show empty squares and each of them has 0 orbes for cost.

    i agree with ur opinion, i have missed lots of free color stars on RUX‘s shop and can't upgrade XP by XP machine.

    Thanks for the posts, this seems to be affecting a few players spread on different platforms. We may need to ask for more info, but for now, just posting on this helps.

    Idk why but first time lost and found event i got 50 stars, this time i got 45 only?? I godamn play literally every day, also my brother got 90 stars?? What is this

    Bugs for several days for PSN ID：kelvin0221

    1. XP machine islocked

    2. RUX doesn’t load (There are currently no items available,Maybe thezombies ate them ?)

    3. Every Prize is exchanged by  zero bulb in Prize Map，but it can't  happen.

    4.The character challenge's bulbs show color stars.

    Been going on for probably a week.  Missing out on any rux stuff but also cannot purchase anything from the prize map.
