All save data on any platform is saved on the Cloud, a helpful storage that can store tons of data, usually business related, has reliable security, and backup. Currently, there's no way to access this without someone that's authorized in doing so (i.e. Origin Customer Service Personnel).
You could try contacting customer services to try to wipe your account: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
Also note that they will probably ask security questions just to identify it's you.
Here are the steps towards getting the proper help:
- Select Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare from the catalog.
- Select your platform
- For topic, select "Game Play/In Game"
- For the type of issue, select "Requesting Stats Reset"
- Describe your issue in the following box.
- Contact the proper help listed in the next page.
