I've had the same problem. But, I think partly my issue is due to not being able to get the free gems by watching the ads. I reported the issue to EA but they say it's done by a third party, and amount varies. So effectively they aren't interested. The decks I used last season to level up aren't working. I'd like to understand he block meter and deck shuffle better, as I agree it can or break a game even with a good deck.

First game that I played after getting the KSZ, I had 2 of them in the starting 4 options.
Some cards were money. Every game I could rely on at least one and then for a while it may as well be not even part of the deck.
I know that everyone has the same issue, and that is actually the issue.
