Don't get me wrong here, most of these changes are completely justified...
Party Characters being allowed to fill their legendary meters with Shared Vanquishes is wonderful. With their lower damage compared to their default counter parts, they aren't always able to land the final blow on their enemy. With Shared Vanquishes charging their meters, they'll probably feel like actual legendary characters now.
Arcane Lotus receiving some buffs is great. It was just too situational to be very useful before. You took an effective finishing/escape tool and replaced it with a mediocre method of healing allies, and you couldn't even see how much health they had. With more speed, the ability to see the health of your allies, and a small self heal, I think we might just see players use it much more.
Lil' Drake having his weapon recoil increased is very good. Well, for the Plants. Not the Zombies. He was a little too accurate before, making it easy to continue landing hits from any distance, keeping the enemies alight on fire until they fall. With more recoil, he won't be as effective for medium to long range.
Alien Flower wasn't really on par with the other Sunflowers in terms of damage output. With a higher clip size and more damage for her spore attack, She'll be significantly more effective on defense, and when trying to make an escape.
Electro Brainz and Toxic Brainz were always a bit too effective with their long range beams. With a higher amount of recoil to their beams, they won't be as effective at a distance, which is great, seeing as how Super Brainz is supposed to be a melee class.
Others, I'm a slight bit confused on...
Sure, a decrease to the cooldown of the Armored Heal Station is something, to say the least, but it still won't make up for its extremely slow heal rate. I'm still going to cringe every time I see a Scientist whip this thing out. If it had a significantly faster heal rate, this might mean something, but right now, it hardly keeps the Scientist or his friends up and in the fight.
I feel that the S.H.R.Imp was intended to be more of a ranged Imp, with his weapons firing lasers instead of projectiles. With more recoil and an increase to his bullet spread inside the reticle, they're kinda taking away what he's supposed to be good at.
I've always hated the Petrified Cactus, and it's great to see her get a significant nerf in clip size and damage, but she still lacks range. She's still a variant of the Plant Team's sniper class, guys, why are her projectiles so slow?
And then, there's... A buff to Nec'Rose.
Sure, a little bit more damage may seem non-threatening, but I think this might just make Nec'Rose overpowered... Or more overpowered than she already is.
With the special function of jinxing enemies with her charged up shot, Nec'Rose makes her enemies take 75% more damage from all attacks than normal. The developers claim that this it to help her in fights where she doesn't manage to jinx her target, but... She has splash damage, so there's no real worry about missing the enemy with a charged shot up close when you can just aim for their feet and hit them that way.
This is a massive buff of about three damage per shot on a jinxed opponent. She's capable of landing hits of 11 now, and 13's with the damage upgrade. Now, not only does she have a large clip size, but she also now packs a massive amount of damage when enemies are jinxed.
The only reason I can see a good Nec'Rose player not jinxing their opponent is when the target is being healed by a Scientist, as healing removes the jinx debuff.
Long story short, Most of these changes are good, but I feel Nec'Rose did not need such a massive buff.

I agree with you, I think NecRose doesn't need a buff, she is dangerous once she has homing and damage upgrade. She is a support character on a low level and front line fighter on the high level. This buff will make her easier to play on low level but she will be overpowered on high level.
The one still needs love is party Rose, either more damage/hit or more bullets or less kill to get to party mode.

In case anyone is playing and scratching their heads about what's wrong, they have had to delay implementing the balancing patch. Maybe it was gong to break PC like the last one?

What do I think of this balance update?
1. Shared vanquishes now counting towards party time; I think it's some comfort, but it needs to spread to assist vanquishes as well. A good start, but the dev team can do better.
2. As I don't have the bling version of the armored heal station, I can't comment on it at this stage.
3. The aoe damage increase of Alien Flower's spore clouds could potently be more forgiving, but the drastic increase in her ammunition might make her slightly too overpowering.
4. At least being able to move faster, self regenerate, and see damaged allies with the Arcane Lotus ability equipped is big comfort.
5. Nec'Rose primary shots being increased in damage per shot; I think 5.5 instead of 6.5 would be ideal.
6. The increased recoil of zoomed weapon for Electro & Toxic Brainz; this is something I'm heavily against because Toxic Brainz has the best chance possible of doing the most damage to the hardest of bosses; Spooky Squash especially. I never asked for the recoil of zoomed weapons for the class to be increased; I wanted all variants' zoomed weapons to be decreased so they can be more accurate and effective at mid-long range.
7. The increase in weapon recoil for Lil' Drake and S.H.R.Imp will make sense, because far too many strong players tended to use them far too much, and this change would easily make those players think twice about using them next time. S.H.R.Imp's scatter of his weapon being increased is another thing to make those players think twice about using him.
8. Seriously, an ammunition decrease of Petrified Cactus, while reducing her mid-air detonation damage? Well, there is some sense in it: the other detonation characters have a similar ammunition pool.
My views on this balancing update are average overall.
