- @iluminatethesky When I left GW2 I went to this other MMORPG which did these big seasonal events and during the winter one you could acquire snowballs, which had the primary purpose of being thrown at a randomly spawning mob which would drop treasure.
The secondary purpose was to throw them at unsuspecting idle players because each hit would cover them in some snow and after 3 hits without them shaking the snow off they’d be turned into a snowman, carrot nose and buttons made out of coal and all.
It made it so you had to watch yourself when you opened your menu to avoid embarrassment.That's amazing, haha.
I wish they'd do something like that, or have a "Snow Fight" mode as a Weekly Event or something. I think it'd be pretty fun, not gonna lie.
- @iluminatethesky Judging by the more recent bug in Ops which could glitch out your primary fire during the Elite Torchwood boss round in a way which made you fire water balloons I would speculate that they could simply do this on purpose and swap in snow balls instead.
