I realy like this mode, but as many others have said, AFK players and mechs are an annoyance. If they could fix those, I think it would be good enough to put into the normal multiplayer portal
Put in the cat vs dino AJK feature in soil survivors. Problem solved
- They need to fix Z-Tech factory map. When plant team spawns, before the round begins, giant robot starts attacking us so we start with less health. Someone could say to use a healer but it is time consuming while healing everyone.
I thought the robot didn't actually do damage? I don't play the arena maps very often but this was my impression.
So far, this game mode is very unpopular with my friend group, which consists of a good percentage of the max rank players who currently play on PS4. We did have a bit of a good laugh and a couple fun matches, but overall I'm not impressed and will probably mostly give this one a skip.
It sounds good on paper, but it has a lot of problems that suck most of the fun out of it. With a LOT of tweaking, this could be a very good game mode.
