Sort the VOIP out one of your customers made my niece cry
EA really need to sort this out, hearing such insults on a childrens game.
Give us a option to turn off voip completely or atleast mute ALL by defult and self also.
If i hear these things again on your game i will record them and upload them to youtube and links in reddit showing all your future players what your game is like and to let them know it isnt good for the kids.
This is the work around we use here. Works good. You can even use Teamspeak, Raidcall, Skype, whatever other "real" communication you use if you use one.

Right click speaker icon in system tray.
Select Playback Devices.
Select a Playback Device other than what you use for sound output.
Right click it and select Set as Default Communications Device.
Hit OK.
Left click on the speaker icon in the system tray.
Click the icon below the slider on the device you chose to mute it.-------------
I have a pretty good feeling that on the 8th it will introduce some options to make this better without needing a work around.
Having people talk bad in the mic is almost unavoidable I think. EA isn't saying those things it is other people. People on the internet act badly because they feel anonymous and thus act like total jerks.
