I sometimes have sound issues when my CPU is under intense stress. My hardware is more than capable too.
The noise is laggy and similar to a badly syntonized radio
For me the music has issues during loading screens sometimes. It does seem like the music is kinda buggy in the Ops games, as for the sound in general it seems fine on my end.
