Specific characters have buggy textures

Hey all,

i have been having some problems with the game, more specifically the textures for some characters.

The characters i have been having problems with are:

-Torchwood with the Robot costume (forgot what it is called.)

-The Gargantuar boss with the glasses (Giga-gargantuar???)

The textures will go normal for a split second then turn black then go back to normal and rinse repeat.

I really wanna know what is causing this and what options there are to fix it.

I verified the game files multiple times (Not for this issue, but for a different one.) and still the textures remain buggy.

If more information is needed (like my graphics card or monitor etc.) then lemme know and i'll reply back with what i can find.
