Spelling error/glitch?
The effect states it lasts until the end of the turn, but it actually is permanent on each plant played.

God, if only that were true, this mission would be so much easier. This is currently the mission I am stuck on.
To fight this you would need a rustbolt deck that is used for cutting down plants
