I'm a bit surprised they changed this. Initially it's what I wanted, but after hearing what other posters were saying, was content to not see him deal damage if a death caused his trick. I love using this card, but wonder if now it's OP?

^ yes but it must be destroyed by taking DMG for it to trigger the ability
