Sprint animation cancels

Hi, Cant seem to find an answer to this solution, just bought the game and i could sprint when i first started playing. (on xbox one). was in public lobby (not in a match), went afk to make a drink,...

    Hey @swankestchutoy

    That's an odd issue, sorry to hear about this.

    Can you try clearing your MAC Address, and doing a hard reset on your Console?

    Go to Settings, Network, Advanced Settings, Alternate MAC Address, and Clear. Then fully turn off your Console for 30 seconds or so, and turn it back on.

    If that doesn't help, I would recommend trying to uninstall/reinstall the game to see if that clears up the issue.
