Funny clip, but no need for insults.
Intended mechanic or not, they had plenty of time to fix it but didn't. It definitely shouldn't be doing what it is now ;P

You miss the point. Would you really rather they devote their time to "fixing" something wonky happening when a player does something which was never intended to be done in the first place (not to mention that it's entirely possible they may have purposely made it that way to prevent players from riding their drones) or would you rather they focus on the myriad actual gameplay issues, balance problems, crashes, bugs, etc.? I'd say if that was in fact an unintended bug, that "fixing" it to allow players to play in a way other than what was intended should be the lowest priority.
You already know my answer to that, but what I meant was sending you to anywhere at the speed of light surely wasn't intentional...
you were able to do this in gw1 and it was never fixed. I cannot speak to if you are intended to be able to do this or not. either way it is pretty wonky and doesn't make sense. imo, being able to do this, is exploiting the system. it is pretty cheap and I think it is pretty obvious that it shouldn't work.
I mean, really, any character, especially an imp mech, flying around on a tiny little helicopter or parrot is completely stupid.
I do hope they look at this and "fix" it so that it causes the game to crash or lock you out for signing in for a day.
you are probably the kind of person that wants to exploit this to get an advantage but would get all bent if someone taunts you after a kill, which was clearly and intentionally coded into the game.
