Steam blaster is over powered in battle for neighborville

@dgtoleroI agree with you. There was a user on the General Discussion saying "Steam Blaster isn't overpowered, you can just side-step it and you're fine." I highly disagree with this because the hitbox on Steam Blaster is too big for Plants to be able to just side-step it and be fine. The hitbox is so big that by the time you barely side-step out of the hitbox, the Scientist is able to fire again and get you caught in it. I think slightly reducing the size in diameter of the hitbox will fix the issue with Steam Blaster.
