Steam blaster is over powered in battle for neighborville
It does was to much damage at a possible 13 damage per tick

It is too good right now, especially when combined with the 3 instant warps. It's a veritable death sentence for treetop acorn riders right now as they have no armor as of the last patch and take full damage too, making it undesirable to ride an Oak which defeats the entire purpose of the idea of the class!
Cut its damage, or reduce its duration, or look at those warps in general, but something needs to give.
