[Steam] Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2: lvl 46 ban by player
Hello everyone
I been playing Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 a lot. So i started a stream, at the end of the stream i got the lvl 46 glitch or as some people say it that i got banned by a random player in my lobby. I now cant play the game in a normal way, so i cant play multiplayer or promote my characters.(see screenshot) All of my maxed out characters are now lvl 46. I need your help.

Hey all,
So, wanted to bring up some info I got with this issue around "bans" and not connecting to the servers. If this happens to you, especially around this level (but not always this level) the system is set up to refresh itself and accounts. It comes down to a mismatch in data and not a "ban"
You aren't actually banned by another player or a hacker. Community Managers cannot fix this on our end, and if a player sends up a case, support will close it out as they cannot resolve it on their end. Players would need to wait for the system to refresh the game and sync up accounts again.
This could take a few days due to the number of accounts that log in every day. The team is still looking into this and we are trying to get more info around this if there is anything players can do on their end, but as of now, if this does happen to you, please do not log into the game for a good 24 hours or so.
