Hi @vertitacial, Do you have the game, Steam and the EA app all on the same drive?

Stuck in preparing is a very different error than not connecting to the servers, which they are looking into. Can you attach a screenshot of the error(s) you see when you launch the game on Steam?

I don't seem to be stuck in preparing anymore, but I'm getting this error now. I had reinstalled, and it worked perfectly until I shut down my computer. Once I shut down my computer, it does this error, and I'm not trying to reinstall every single time just to play this game.
