Sticker packs

Question

I have only gotten one of the new weapon upgrades out of 10 sticker packs. Is there something still wrong with the sticker packs. It sucks to spend 20,000 coins for new glasses and weapon skins. One pack I got 4 weapon skins for the engineer and the rest were just the normal zombie stickers. Is anybody else having the same problems?

If they are "super rare" then why should there be one in every pack? They wouldn't be "super rare" then would they, it says a high chance of a super rare...

Yep one found in 10 packs is super rare.
