What a joke! I preordered this in february and now i cant play?! GG Origin...

I'm copy/pasting this from thread to thread because everyone deserves to know what's going on. (Which apparently no one knows, not even EA.)
Edit: I talked to anther Adviser today, they have no idea what's going on, how to fix the issue, if EA is even aware it's an issue, nothing. They are clueless as to the pre-order mystery. They only offer two solutions, 1. is to wait for the "Specialist" to do something some day maybe, no contact information was given, and 2. they can take away your pre-order bonus and sell you a new copy of the game which isn't broken, only pre-orders are broken and they have no way to honor pre-order bonuses if yours is also broken.

Im sure they can honor the pre-order bonus, it would be silly not to. It certainly seems like an Origin issue to me, so yes you unfortunately have to wait for CS to get back to you. Ill ping them and see whats up

They offered you a copy of the game without the pre-order bonus? I wouldve taken it. All they suggested for me was to add my case to the investigation and that was that. I could go without the two little packs that are just 1500 coins or whatever. as long as i get my digital deluxe edition and everything that came with it.

I was told by two Advisors I would be contacted by a mystery Tier 2 technician "Specialist" via email. I was not given a name or contact address but I plan on getting in touch with another Advisor tomorrow to see if I can get some real information out of someone. It's been a week and the game is still locked, the game order is still processing.
Edit: And to clarify, they offered to refund the broken pre-order and re-sell me a new copy of the game that wouldn't be broken. This is known in marketing as the classic, "Bait and switch". I did not take the offer, I want what I paid for and nothing less.
Edit edit: It's not the actual content I'm concerned about, it's the principal. Electronic Arts is a multi-billion dollar Fortune 500 company worth over $11B yet they are still actively beta testing products on their users while charging a premium price. I want to hold EA accountable for this price. If their products are really worth the price they charge then they should prove it through superiority, not through cop outs and coupons that make you spend more money on EA exclusive products. (15% discount copuon on EA only products for opening basically any ticket with support. This discount costs EA literally nothing and only generates more income for them. It's not a gift, it's a trick to make you spend more money.)
